Get fit for Summer!

Pilates and fitness classes have been super busy this week and I think the better weather is motivating clients to get back into their fitness routines after our long wet winter.

Pilates is an essential part of any fitness programme whether it's a cyclling, hill walking or you are just conscious of the fact that you're ageing and are feeling a bit stiff and stecky.

We work on your core muscles and posture, both of which are essential for improving/preventing back issues and improving your flexibility so you can move more freely and be pain free.

On Wednesday evening (photo) we got the tennis balls out and did some myofascial release or massage to ease some of our aching joints. It's important too to incorporate some relaxation and enjoyment into your session and of course stretching is a big part of my teaching.

The best way to get your bespoke fitness session and results is to do 121 sessions. We can do a mix of cardio/fatburning, strength and Pilates and at a time that works for you.
